Olivier's Indonesian and French origins give him a strong understanding of western’s expectations. Born in Jakarta and having spent his childhood in Indonesia and other southeast Asian countries helps him in keeping a natural and sensitive approach to local work ethics. More recently Olivier gained many years of experience working in the construction and mining industry in Australia alongside engineers, architects and various craftsmen.
