Work timeline and payment terms

Opening meetings and land visits
A 10% refundable deposit at the initial agreement
2 week period or less to exercise due diligence
If the client decides to go ahead with the purchase, a binding contract is signed with the developer. It comes with a 25% additional payment to the developer
An official land lease putting the land plot in the client's name is signed in front of the Notary
The work crew will be ready to start on-site within 2 weeks
Breaking ground, foundation and structural work (about 2.5 months) Additional 25% payment halfway into the 3rd month payable to the developer
Walls, concrete and roof work (about 2.5 months) Additional 20% payment at the end of the fourth month payable to the developer
